What I usually do is I take the numbers and flip it so now it's 538-247 which equals 291 but since I had to flip it I put a - sign in front of my answer
so 247-538 is -291

8-7 = 1
You can't do 3-4 so you borrow 10 numbers from 5 and get 13-4=9.
4 - 2 = 2

Real life Applications of Polynomials?
ahrayia [7]

Since polynomials are used to describe curves of various types, people use them in the real world to graph curves. For example, roller coaster designers may use polynomials to describe the curves in their rides. Combinations of polynomial functions are sometimes used in economics to do cost analyses.

Write an equation that represents the relationship.Please help!

Answer:

n = r - 2.5

Step-by-step explanation:

We have the following data:

7 4.5

8 5.5

10 7.5

12 9.5

Now, what we will do is what happens if we subtract each one:

7 - 4.5 = 2.5

8 - 5.5 = 2.5

10 - 7.5  = 2.5

12 - 9.5 = 2.5

The difference is always kept constant, therefore the equation would be:

n = r - 2.5
