PLS FAST!! WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST!! 30 POINTS!! Suji is a high school senior. Her mother passed away three weeks ago after a long

battle with cancer. Suji stayed home for a week after the funeral, but she has been back at school since then. At school, she has been tearful in class a few times. Often, she appears to be “checked out.” Teachers and friends have to call her name repeatedly to get her attention. Although Suji has always gotten good grades, she just got a D on her math test. At lunch, she spends more time pushing food around on her plate than eating it.
Based on this information, do you believe that Suji needs professional help to cope with the death of her mother? Why or why not?
What other information would you want to have to feel more confident about your decision?
What sort of information about Suji’s thoughts, feelings, or other behaviors would make you think that she definitely needs professional help?
How would your answer change if Suji were still showing these behaviors a year later?

Answer:

Yes, Suji needs to seek professional help because she is in the beginning symptoms of depression, and if she doesn't get any help, she won't be able to develop healthy coping skills with the lost of her mother. I think she needs profession help because she pushes her food around instead of eating it, and she appears to be checked out in classes. I don't think my answer would change a year later. Hopefully this helps you out!

Provide two paragraphs explaining the difference between the axial skeleton and the appendicular skeleton.
notsponge [240]

Explanation:

Axial skeleton : The axial skeleton is the part of the skeleton that consists of the bones of the head and trunk of a vertebrate. In the human skeleton, it consists of 86 bones and is composed of six parts; the skull (22 bones), the ossicles of the middle ear, the hyoid bone, the rib cage, sternum and the vertebral column.

Appendicular skeleton : The bones of the appendicular skeleton make up the rest of the skeleton, and are so called because they are appendages of the axial skeleton. The appendicular skeleton includes the bones of the shoulder girdle, the upper limbs, the pelvic girdle, and the lower limbs.
