Depending on how much you study, it is definitely possible. If you are looking for a great way to improve you score quickly, Khan Academy is an excellent option. They have this feature where you submit your past SAT tests, they analyze where your weaknesses are, and then customize your studying to the topics that you seem to struggle on. I did this for about an hour everyday for two weeks and improved my score by 100 points. Something else you have to take into account is how high your past score is. If you scored a 1300 and want to get a 1600, it will be VERY difficult to raise this in only a month.
