I think it would be $66 because it said that he saved 10 and he payed $56 so if u add 10 dollars to 56 u get 66 sorry if it’s wrong

Minchanka [31]
The initial amount is 4800 and 300 is taken out each month..u will first start by saying how many months are they in a year,12 months...
u will take 12 multiplied by 300 in which u will obtain,3600 and the remaining balance will be 4800 -3600=1200.
u will later on say in 12 months his remaining balance will be 1200,and how many months will be there if his balance will be 1500.
12 months =1200
what about 1500 =15months

A wooden flagpole is 25 foot tall. In a storm, the flagpole is broken and its top touches the ground 5 foot from the base. Find
Mumz [18]

Answer: x = 12 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

let the erect part of the pole be x

the slanted part of the pole will be 25-x

the ground distance = 5

they form a right triangle

apply Pythagoras theorem

5^2+x^2=(25-x)^2

25+x^2=x^2 - 50x + 625

50x=625-25

50x=600

x=600/50

x=12 feet

Factor the polynomial.

2x²+6x+4=
DanielleElmas [232]
(2x+2)(x+2) Look there is a way most people don't know but I always use it. it's super easy once you learn it. So the equation is ax²+bx+c=0 b you have to think of two numbers whose sum is b and prod. is ac. So in this situation the sum is 6 and the prod. is 2×4=8 . Two numbers there sum is 6 and product is 8 are: 4 and 2 so we rewrite the equation 2x²+6x+4 delete the 6x and put the two numbers we found with an x like this : 2x²+4x+2x+4 then you take the first two together and the last two together like this : (2x²+4x)+(2x+4) you then factorise the two brackets take the common factor. 2x(x+2)+2(x+2) In any equation it's a must to find two similar brackets take them common and combine like this (x+2)(2x+2). and then it's done. I know it's a bit strange and hard but once you perfect it any polynomial is a piece of cake.
