The answer is b. a is wrong bc something could happen in that 7-8 seconds that your eyes are off the road and that is not safe to do, if they hit you then it could be partially your fault or entirely your fault bc you were not looking at the road. and c is wrong bc you would not be paying attention at all the the road and that is very unsafe to do because you could cause and accident.
