It means you should be concerned of your ownself, and how <em>you</em> could make the world a better place. Instead of being concerned about and with the rest of the world
you care too much for individual people than all of society as a whole. Such as giving every homeless person a million dollars. It would help the homeless people, but would damage society as a whole (first degree communism)
