Write a paragraph on the topic a day on the moon
denpristay [2]

Answer:

On the moon I could jump very high because the gravity is not that strong. I could search for forms of life, and maybe become friends with an alien. If i could spend a day on the moon I would do flips in the air. It seems like it would feel like jumping on a trampoline.  I would have so much fun on the moon even if I only spent one day on it.

Read the excerpt from "Mother Tongue."
juin [17]

Answer:

A but its a poor choice.

Explanation:

Well it's never going to be B. Anyone who has to learn English will tell you its a monster.

I doubt C as well. If they were similar, people from China wouldn't require a lot of tutoring which they usually do.

The author is arguing the exact opposite to D. She thinks it is just fine that she learned a great deal about the world and how she saw things from her mother who had a talent for observations.

I guess you have to pick A but it's an awfully poor choice. The author (Amy Tan I think) is saying much more than A. Vivid is fine and complete languages are fine, but its more than that. Her mother gave her the gift of seeing the world in a whole different way.

Tomtit [17]

The correct option is C). Alvarez shows how her mother admired Trujillo while young, but was later repulsed.

<h3>What is the summary of “A Genetics of Justice”?</h3>

“A Genetics of Justice,” is a novel, talks about a young girl and her family living under a dictator with a totalitarian government.

The narrator's mother used a deep quote in the story- “<u>No </u><u>flies</u><u> fly into a closed mouth"</u> which emphasized that Alvarez and her family had a lot of trauma considering their lives in the Dominican republic and living under the control of dictator.

Though, after facing all these problems, Alvarez's parents raised a daughter.
