The option that represents a fiscal policy rather than a monetary policy is С. an increase in government spending.

Fiscal policy simply means the use of government spending and tax to influence the economy. This is done in order to influence aggregate demand, employment, inflation, etc.

jolli1 [7]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

"With Giustiniani's Genoese troops retreating into the city and towards the harbour, Constantine and his men, now left to their own devices, continued to hold their ground against the Janissaries. Constantine's men eventually could not prevent the Ottomans from entering the city and the defenders were overwhelmed at several points along the wall. When Turkish flags were seen flying above the Kerkoporta, a small postern gate that was left open, panic ensued and the defence collapsed. "

How does culture affect the development of sexual orientation?
Anna [14]
In many cultures, sexual orientation has very strict rules or expectations to follow. People in strict cultures, who are against "homosexuals" and what not, will most likely stay straight because they want to feel accepted and not be judged or critisezed or in some cases even harmed because of their different sexual orientation. So basically their sexual orientation depends on the opinions of others in their culture.

One In the News article titled "Funeral Giant Moves In on Small Rivals" reports that profit for a Houston-based funeral giant is
oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer: B. Economies of Scale.

Explanation:

ECONOMIES OF SCALE is a situation where costs are reduced because production rises. This is usually the case with larger firms because they are able to produce more goods which translates to the fall of their cost per good.

For example, a firm has fixed costs of $3000 regardless of if they produce 10 products or 100. If they produce only 10 then it's $300 per product in cost as opposed to producing 100 which is $30 per product in cost. The problem is that only larger firms could be able to produce above 10 goods.

The Houston based funeral house is considered a GIANT so they are probably benefitting from ECONOMIES OF SCALE.
