In the "Creation of Earth, Sky, Animals, and Man" by Edward Morris Opler, we learn about the Apache Creation story. The text evidence that points to Black Hactin's great power and influence is found in paragraph 6;
"The most powerful Hactcin down there was a Black Hactcin. The Hactcin were all there already but in the darkness, Black Hactcin was the leader. It was there, before anything else was made, that Black Hactcin made all the animals."
This evidence from the text shows the power and influence of Black Hactcin. There were other Hactcins who did not have the power of creation like the Black Hactcin.
Note that the Hactcins were all supernatural beings.
The Black Hactcin first made the animals before making man and spreading them throughout the earth.
