You should first draw a diagram to show all the process occur in water cycle
Evaporation: The water from the rivers rises in the form of vapours and reaches up to the cloudes.
Precipitation: The water stored inside clouds and pour water to the earth in the form of rainfall.

Then this water reaches inside soil which help plants to grow and develop and also help in achieveing nutrients and minerals which enhance their respiration process.

After this water loss due to transpiration in plants vapours again and from the rivers also to continue this nature cycle known as Water Cycle.

In humans there is approximately 30% adenine (A). What is the percentage of each of the other 3 DNA bases?
kvv77 [185]

In Double Stranded DNA , Adenine pairs with Thymine as we know, it means amount of A = Amount of T. Here A=30% so T=30%

Total will be 100% (for all 4 bases) , left out is 30 % which will be equally divided by Guanine and Cytocine , hence G=20% and C=20%.

A=30% T=30% G=20% C=20%

Summarize the mechanism of the mammalian serine protease. You
Sav [38]

Answer and Explanation:

Summarily, the mammalian serine protease has an -OH group which is able to act as a nucleophile, thus attacking the carbonyl carbon of the scissile peptide bond of the substrate. Then a pair of electrons on the histidine nitrogen having the ability to accept the hydrogen from the serine -OH group, thus coordinating the attack of the peptide bond.

The tetrahedral intermediates formation is the rate determining step.

Oxyanion hole (black) stabilises negative charge build-up on the transition state of the substrate (red) using hydrogen bonds from the enzyme's backbone amides (blue).

The catalytic triad is the main player in the catalytic mechanism in the serine proteases and plays an essential role in the cleaving ability of the proteases.

The attachments below shows the sketch of the process.
