It's not just about not having your name. Depending on the subject of your letter, make the letter seem very vague. You DO have detail, but depending on your personality, don't make the letter seem obvious it's you. <span />

It's an understatement because this person would be more than a little busy, because of the amount of work.

HYPERBOLE would be considered exaggeration...this can be confusing. :)
