This question is another way of asking what. 2 2/4 ÷ 1/4 is. To do that, you first convert 2 2/4 into an improper fraction (2 × 4 = 8, 8 + 2 = 10). So you now have 10/4 ÷ 1/4. Dividing fractions has weird rules, but you'd flip the second fraction into 4/1 and then multiply across (10/4 × 4/1) which gives you 40/4 which equals 10.
