And an interim Constitution was formed in 1950 that charged Nepal into democratic country. And also during Rana dynasty The Rana's announced a constitution allowing some rights to citizen just to protect their rule. But this constitution never came into effect .

Cold war is a political unrest between United States and Soviet Union. It took place after world war II in between 1947 to 1991. U.S.S.R and United States both are economically and geo politically strong and sound country. It was named as col war because both of the countries did not fight directly like in the battle field.

Though some missiles, submarines, small nuclear weapons were used in the cold war. During the whole tenure both the countries were in a unstable condition.

Large states felt they should be repreresented morer in the congress while the small states felt  that everyone should be represented eqaully in the congress.

Large states believed that if representation was based on population in the house they deserved morer voice while the small states feared they would be ignored.This resulted to a bicameral legistrative branch which gave equal representation to each state and a representation which is based on population in the house.under bicamel system every stated would be represented equally in the senate by two delegates while representation in the house of Representatives would be based on population.
