Indus Valley is known for its unique characteristics. The option that is not a mystery about the Indus Valley is  writing.

The Indus River Valley Civilization is commonly known as the Harappan civilization. They were known to be the first place that created the first system of standardized weights and measures. They are known for their unique sculpture, seals, pottery, and jewelry  etc.

There are lots of mysteries of the Indus civilization. They are known for  their lack of war, lack of great leaders in the society but noting concerning any bilingual translation tool.

No one known why the Indus River Valley Civilization disappeared around 1900 BCE, but studies has shown that it was due too invaders who destroyed the cities.
