A decision by the University of Education that could affect a student would be a sudden change in the curriculum of a certain course, with the inclusion of more requirements that were not foreseen.

In order to have a better judgment about the need for this decision to involve students in the decision, it is better to have a greater understanding of some concepts.

Vroom's decision tree approach

This approach aims to establish the amount of participation that subordinates should have in decisions related to the organization. Vroom's decision tree uses the objective path to identify the different leadership styles that should be taken according to the current situation.

That is, according to the theory, the same leader can establish different leadership styles according to organizational needs.

Therefore, it is essential that the University seeks a consensus through a democratic leadership style that generates the participation of involved and affected parties, to generate greater transparency and adherence to changes.

Bernice is a go-getter on her sales job because she likes the finer things of life like a sports car, jewelry, and expensive vac
Natali5045456 [20]

extrinsic motivation refers to the motivation of fame, money and success. That would be crossed out, leaving you with three other options. B) career consolidation, this would be Bernice finding a job that benefits society and Bernice herself, this is a considerable option. Next is intrinsic motivation, which would be her motivation to satisfy herself with (in her case) buying expensive items. This could be used as well, however it is less optionable then career consolidation considering it is her self praise. The next (and last) option is status, most positive that is not right.

If I were you I would go with B but it is up to you,

Expressions of personality that influence behavior through preferences for certain environments and activities are called?
Setler79 [48]

Expressions of personality that influence behavior through preferences for certain environments and activities are called interests

Personality is the distinctive patterns of actions, thoughts, and feelings that are shaped by biological and environmental causes and alter through time. Although there isn't a single definition of personality that everyone agrees upon, the majority of theories centre on motivation and psychological interactions with one's surroundings. Personality is characterised by qualities that predict an individual's conduct in trait-based personality theories like those put forth by Raymond Cattell. On the other side, more behaviorally oriented approaches use habits and learning to define personality. However, most theories consider personality to be somewhat stable.
