The right option is; B. Stimulants

Stimulants cannot make you more fatigued when driving.

Stimulants are psychoactive drugs that increase the activity of the brain and the body. Stimulants work by temporarily increasing energy, alertness, and mood. Stimulants cannot make a person more fatigued when driving. Examples of stimulants are caffeine, methamphetamine, cocaine and nicotine. Many stimulants can be addicting and some stimulants such as cocaine and nicotine are harmful.

What is CVD ?

The term CVD is an acronym that means cardiovascular diseases. Right now, research has it that cardiovascular diseases is the leading cause of deaths in the United States. This is more so because of the kind of food that people eat and the general apathy of people towards cardiovascular health.

As such, we know that regular exercise helps with weight loss and reduces the level of cholesterol in the body. When this is reduced, the circulation of blood in the body is improved and the risk of cardiovascular diseases is reduced.

On the other hand, going for regular checkups would mean that any emerging risk of cardiovascular diseases could be identified and palliative measures could commence immediately.

Lastly, increase in dietary sodium have also been linked to CVD. This has now made it pertinent to advocate that a reduction in the dietary salt intake cold reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
