The third amendment gives the right to Americans who own their home to reject military troops to enter there home without permission. this was a problem back in the late 1800's with troops staying in the citizen private home by force. so it helps protects the citizen from having to take in a troop from the army
The employees of Pullman Car Company lived in a model town
spanning 4000 acres. This town had both the industry as well as the working
people living in it. All the people lived in a healthy environment. They lived
in very clean brick houses and large apartments which had a minimum of a single
window. The town had every facility that is necessary for living like the
doctor, laundry, variety of shops etc. The restrictions were on drinking
alcohol and loitering on the front steps of the buildings.
It was vulnerable because most of the Rome lands were captured and so when a threat came the conquered place joins the threat.
Communism
This is an example of central planning in which everything is directed by the government. These types of economies tend not to do well because as the question states the incentive for individuals is taken away.
