Feelings, thoughts and behaviour influence each other because if someone is feeling down they may bring a negative atmosphere around one another. eg. They could distance themselves, snap at you and not socialise which can cause major problems for themselves and people around them.

OR

Feelings, thoughts and behaviour can influence each other because if someone is in a very happy and jolly mood, they may smile, ask how your day was or even start dancing/skipping whilst walking. When someone sees this type of behaviour it might bring a smile to their face and change their mood into a positive setting.
