Which of the following is NOT evidence he used to support his claim? a "When the poor have cried, Caesar has wept." b 'The evil
beks73 [17]

Answer: b 'The evil that men do lives after them.

Explanation:

You included no scenario but I believe this relates to Mark Anthony's speech to the Senate after the assassination of Julius Caesar.

His aim was to paint Caesar as a great and compassionate Roman who cared deeply for the Republic so that his assassinators would be put to shame and punished.

He did not, during his speech, justify Caesar's benevolence by saying that the evil that men did lived with them.

What changes did South American countries face with democracy?
Kazeer [188]

Answer:

When they gained democracy, they treated their economic issues more than discussions of how to strengthen and consolidate democracy and human development.

The weapons from those wars have remained in the hands of soldiers and rebels or have been sold on the street which has contributed to atrocious levels of violent crime.

The recognition of human rights is gradually becoming more practicable and some of the more heinous crimes of our the past are being brought to justice

4. Which industries produced great profits and wealth in the late 1800s? What does this reveal
777dan777 [17]

Well an obvious answer would be slavery, depending on how late you're talking. After slavery ended, the country began what is known as the "industrial revolution". The north had already begun industrializing for a while, but in the 1870's and beyond, things ramped up quite a bit. Factories for clothes, shoes, farming equipment, packaged foods, and etc. became more popular. You also had coal mines, railroads, and steel mills. This showed the country was moving in the direction of mass production, and moving away from agricultural ways of living. This also meant child labor, which led to many child labor laws in the later years. This also meant many moved out of farming communities, and into larger, noisy, and crowded cities. Many immigrated to the US to take advantage of that, which led to some tension between communities.

Hope that helps!
