First solve the area of the arrow, the arrow consist of a rectangle that has a dimensions of 10 ft x 18 ft. and the triangle has a base of 20 ft and the height is 6 ft.

A = xy + 0.5bh
where x and y are the dimensions of the rectangle
b is the base of the triangle
h is the height of the traingle

A = (10)(18) + 0.5(20)(6)
A = 240 sq ft

number can of paint = 240 sq ft ( 1 can / 100 sq ft)
=2.4 can of paint, since you cant purchase a fraction of the can then the he need to buy 3 cans of paint

Oil is leaking from a tanker at the rate of R(t) = 2000e^(-0.2t) gallons per hour where t is measured in hours. How much oil lea
Kipish [7]
The calculation of the integral will give us the answer.

Amount = Int (2000e^(-0,2t))dt

With t = 0 to t = 10

A = 2000.In(e^(-0,2t))dt

Making U = -0,2t

U = -0,2t

dU/dt = d(-0,2t)/dt

dU/dt = -0,2

dU = -0,2dt

dt = dU/-0,2
_______________

Then,

A = 2000.Int (e^U).dU/-0,2

A = -10.000.Int(e^U)dU

A = -10.000.e^U

A = -10.000.e^(-0,2t) | (0,10)

A = -10.000.(e^(-2)) - [ -10.000.e^(0)]

A = -10.000.e^(-2) + 10.000

A ~ 8,646 Gallons

Answer: y = v₀tgθx - gx²/2v₀²cos²θ

a = v₀tgθ

b = -g/2v₀²cos²θ

Step-by-step explanation:

x = v₀ₓt

y = v₀y.t - g.t²/2

x = v₀.cosθt → t = x/v₀.cosθ

y = v₀y.t - g.t²/2

v₀y = v₀.senθ

y = v₀senθ.x/v₀cosθ - g/2.(x/v₀cosθ)²

y = v₀.tgθ.x - gx²/2v₀²cos²θ

a = v₀tgθ → constant because v₀ and θ do not change

b = - g/2v₀²cos²θ → constant because v₀, g and θ do not change

Suppose that you measure a pen to be 10.5cm long. Convert this to meters.
Vinvika [58]
the answer: the following methods are the main rule according to the convertions we know this followin table: km hm dam m dm cm mm. if we want to change or convert any value, cm to meters, meters to km, or anything else, just follow this: converting dm (decimeter) to m, just multiply the number by 0.1, converting cm (centimeter) to m, just multiply the number by 0.01, converting mm (millimeter) to m, just multiply the number by 0.001, in our case, we have: convert 10.5cm to meters, so it is 10.5 x 0.01 =0.105 meters
