You are in the lab and notice another student applying cosmetics, why is this dangerous and not allowed in a lab? Cosmetics can

pick up gases in the lab and those can infect the eyes and mouth. Cosmetics contain harmful substances and can contaminate the experiment Cosmetics are tested before they are put on the market so they should not harm the person. As long as the student is wearing gloves there is no harm in applying cosmetics in the lab.

Alright, let's explain this, shall we?

Cosmetics are applied for facial uses, and they are only tested on specific body sections, and not necessarily with the gases used in chemicals, which may cause a crazy reaction with the cosmetics there!
Wearing gloves is only step one, but of course, that doesn't cover anything.
According to this, unfortunately, it is wrong to have any cosmetics around the lab because of the reactions with it.

Hope this helps!

It would have to be B : Cosmetics contain harmful substances and can contaminate the experiment. Even though they do not give the correct answer it does imply that the experiment would be contaminated.

15. Which of the processes has more than one type of RNA involved?
erastova [34]

Answer:

Translation

Explanation:

Translation is the process by which mRNA is decoded and translated to produce a polypeptide sequence, otherwise known as a protein. This method of synthesizing proteins is directed by the mRNA and accomplished with the help of a ribosome, a large complex of ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs) and proteins. In translation, a cell decodes the mRNA’s genetic message and assembles the brand-new polypeptide chain. Transfer RNA, or tRNA, translates the sequence of codons on the mRNA strand. The main function of tRNA is to transfer a free amino acid from the cytoplasm to a ribosome, where it is attached to the growing polypeptide chain. tRNAs continue to add amino acids to the growing end of the polypeptide chain until they reach a stop codon on the mRNA. The ribosome then releases the completed protein into the cell.
