No, Felix cannot be a sentimonster. This has been a question for a long time, but ultimately, the answer is no. I've been watching and rewatching all episodes with Felix and there is no mention of this. I've been doing a bunch of research. This was my reasoning: If Felix was a sentimonster, there would be more mention or hinting for it. Making a character, for example, a sentimonster then not mentioning anything and leaving it in the open doesn't seem like something the creator would do.
