Some risky driving practices are:

 • Use the cell phone while driving.
 • Exceed the permitted speed limit.
 • Driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other substances.

What is a risky practice?

A risky practice is a term to refer to a set of activities that pose a risk to the physical and mental integrity of a person. These activities can be life-threatening and greatly affect the lives of one or more individuals.

Some examples of unsafe driving practices are:

 • Use the cell phone while driving.
 • Exceed the permitted speed limit.
 • Driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other substances.

When we drive a car we must perform the following actions to avoid an accident:

 • Concentrate driving without losing attention from the road.
 • Do not exceed the permitted speed limits and drive at a speed at which we have total control of the car.
 • Do not drive under the influence of any substance that can alter our perception of reality.

Note: This question is incomplete. However I can answer it based on my prior knowledge.

Which of the following is a compound sentence?
Bogdan [553]
A compound sentence needs at least two independent clauses and can be combined by conjunctions such as and, or, but, for, yet, nor and so. The independent clauses can also be combined by a semicolon ;

(A)
If we look at A, we can see A does not have two independent clauses. There is a depend and an independent clause and that is why we have a comma after go in A.

(B)
What I said about A is the same for B

(C)
Ah! good old C. C has two independent clauses and has the conjunction and after mall and before John. This is very important because this is where one independent clause stops and another independent clause starts. C has everything that makes up a compound sentence so the answer is C.

(D)
If we look at D, we can see D is just a single independent clause, which is asking a question.
