Answer

Since an isosceles triangle is a triangle that as two sides that are the same length and one side that isn't. We know that one side(the the side that is'nt the same lenght as the others) is 72cm and a triangle is 180 degrees then you would subtract 72 from 180 which would leave you with 108 then you would divide 108 to find the value of x which is 54.

Two numbers multiply together to make 8, but add together to make - 6 What are the two numbers?
Greeley [361]

Answer:

-4 and -2

Step-by-step explanation:

First find all the factors of 8, that would be 1 and 8, -1 and -8, 2 and 4, and -2 and -4.

Then, adding the groups of numbers you have should show you what would equal -6. So 1 + 8 = 9, -1 + (-8) = -9, same vice versa, 2 + 4 = 6, -2 + (-4) = -6. So -2 and -4 would be your two numbers.

1. y = sin? (In x). Find dy
galina1969 [7]

Answer:

dy/dx=  cos(ln(x))/x

Step-by-step explanation:

y=sin(ln(x)) given

We have to use chain rule to differentiate!

Let u=ln(x) then du/dx=1/x

So we have

if y=sin(ln(x)) then y=sin(u) and dy/dx=dy/du * du/dx=cos(u) *1/x

where again u=ln(x) so

dy/dx=cos(ln(x)) *1/x

dy/dx=cos(ln(x))/x

I hope I have the right intepretation because I do see a ? in between sin and (ln(x)) .
