Reps equal times you lift a certain amount ( ex: 25 pounds arm or leg lifts and repeating same movement # of times ( say 30x) would be Reps. Better to lift less weight and do more Reps.
You should try to interpret the data, I’m probably wrong though

Cross training is when you are trained in multiples areas incase something happens and someone cannot show up for their job.
