According to the Korean War historical records, by the end of the decade, two new states had formed on the peninsula. In the South, the anti-communist dictator Syngman Rhee (1875-1965) enjoyed the reluctant support of the American government.

Korean War

The Korean war occurred between North Korea and South Korea around 1950 to 1953.

During this period, South Korea was supported by the United Nations, majorly the United States, while the Soviet Union and China supported North Korea.

In the North, the communist dictator Kim Il Sung (1912-1994) enjoyed the slightly more enthusiastic support of the Soviets.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the Korean war increased the hostility between North and South Korea.

nirvana33 [79]

Let us choose Extra study. Knowing that opportunity cost is related to the opportunities lost by choosing one specific course of events than others. By choosing an extra study and spend hours studying something, my opportunity cost will be the school sports practice hours that could be spent in this time. Another opportunity cost would be the social interaction, in a club, for example, lost because of the extra study decision.
