Answer:

Given that,

R = 3x + 9y

Also, given that,

y = 6

R = 7

We have to find the value of x

For that, you can to put 6 and 7 to the equation instead of y and R respectively.

R = 3x + 9y

7 = 3x + 9 × 6

7 = 3x + 54

7 - 54 = 3x

- 47 = 3x

\frac{-47}{3} = \frac{3x}{3}

\frac{-47}{3}=x

Hope this helps you :-)

I don't know where you got those answers, but the actual equation that represents those points is: y = -1/2x + 11. None of those listed above are correct.

A bag contains 9 marbles: 3 are green, 2 are red, and 4 are blue. Bob chooses a marble at random, and without putting it back, c
kvasek [131]

Answer: 1/18

Step-by-step explanation:

9 total marbles

2 red

so the first time he picks it would be a 2/9 chance of the marble being red

the second time there would be 8 total marbles and 2 red, so it would be a 2/8 or 1/4 chance.

the probability is found by doing 2/9*1/4 which equals 2/36 or 1/18.

find the total number of possible outcomes for four different cell phone models each of which has 3 different plans
Oksanka [162]
Hello!

I believe there are a total of 12 possible outcomes for this problem. Using simple math, you can just multiply 4 by 3 to get 12 possible outcomes but you can also get 12 outcomes by looking at the fact that since there are 3 plans in each of the 4 models, there are 12 ways that this could play out.

I hope this helps!
