Explanation: lets say the government notices that half the unied states population isn't wearing masks although the C.D.C recommends it and theres a new varient creeping into action, so they make up a plan to scare the living fluff out of us throught the news the news people tell us all the rumors and talk all the bad therefore making americans terrified instead of telling them the truth.... now thats just my opinion 1 of 7billion
