Answer:

There was a knock at our door, it was Grandma and Grandpa they're visiting for summer, I ran and hugged them tightly. A few hours later Grandma asked me if I wanted to go get an ice cream with her and I said "YES!!". We walked to an ice cream shop, I got cookies and cream while Grandma got mint chocolate chip, and Grandma said "let sit over there", Grandma and I enjoyed out ice cream then we headed back home.

Great story! If you're still continuing on the story, I suggest adding a falling action for the conflict.

Con estos, no agregas y no incluyen las palabras "más" o "la mayoría". En algunos casos, se utiliza una palabra completamente nueva. Estas formas irregulares sólo tienen que ser memorizadas. Los ejemplos en el imprimible anterior siguen el formato de adjetivo inicial, adjetivo comparativo y adjetivo superlativo, como en bueno.

According to the secondary source about Wiesel, what did he continue to do even after his death?

<span>B. Motivate people to participate in the fight against injustice

After the Holocaust, Elie Wiesel fought to keep the memories of what happened to the Jewish people and others persecuted by the Nazis heard by all. He frequently argued that his experience made him want to stand up and speak out for all those that have suffered injustice. By speaking out and doing something to keep these atrocities from happening, he believed that a horrible event like the Holocaust would never happen again. All it takes is someone to speak up to stop injustice from happening.

Which sentence contains a present tense verb?
scZoUnD [109]

The correct answer is D. I surf

Explanation:

A present tense verb refers to verb forms used to express actions that occur in the present or now, this also applies to facts. This tense includes the simple present tense, in this, verbs follow the infinitive form without "to" and in the case of the third person singular (she, he, it) verbs end in -s or -es. For example "I go to the park every day" or "She eats a sandwich".

The sentence "I surf" contains a present tense verb that is "surf" because this verb follows the infinitive form "to surf" (without to) that is used in the present tense. Also, other options are not correct because "I went surfing" and "I surfed" contain a past tense verb and "I will go surfing" contains a future tense verb.
