After reviewing the USDA nutritional recommendations, what changes do you think you would make to your diet?
allochka39001 [22]

The changes that I would make in my diet after reviewing the USDA nutritional recommendations is eating more fruits and vegetables. I will make sure that they are present in my plate since they are important as protein and grains. The USDA nutritional recommendations is worthy to follow for they promote good health and help prevent diseases that could foster healthy lifestyles.

Moreover, it is important to choose a diet with more calories from grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, low-fat dairy products, vegetable and fruits. Then choose fewer calories from fats and sweets.

Lastly, another change that I will make is to increase my physical activities by making sure that I can exercise regularly to be more physically fit.
