Answer: In order to live happily and healthily in life, one needs to make sure their surroundings are as well; and that begins with being in a healthy environment. Healthy environments include self care and good emotional connections. If you’re surrounded in an environment that isn’t healthy and doesn’t include what was previously listed, it’s likely that life will be less happier, which therefore leads to bad health. Therefore, healthy environments and healthy living go hand in hand, the environment one immerses themselves in will most likely end up impacting their emotional well-being.
