Explain the difference between an enclave and an exclave.
eduard
An exclave is a portion of a state or territory geographically separated from the main part by surrounding alien territory (of one or more states). Many exclaves are also enclaves. Enclave is sometimes used improperly to denote a territory that is only partly surrounded by another state.

Answer:

C. While the federal government is in charge of some services, the state governments have many powers related to day to day life in the states

Explanation:

The federal government manages the services and guidelines of the country as a whole. Whatever is set by the federal government must be obeyed throughout the country, however, it is not possible for the federal government to fully recognize all the needs of the citizens of each state of the country. This is because each state has its particularities, so it is the function of the state government to provide services, laws and guidelines that ensure the well-being of citizens' daily lives.

From this we can conclude that the correct answer to your question is the letter C.

Write down some of the characteristics of Hitler mentioned in this passage.
Andrei [34K]

The great interest that the figure of Hitler arouses is due precisely to the borders of his extraordinary personality type and his halo of impenetrability. Hitler possessed an extraordinary charisma capable of involving not only people, but also the masses, as well as possessing a great studied gestural oratory and a remarkable leadership capacity.

Hitler was himself a very self-sufficient and lonely individual. Very few people were part of his personal entourage, we can mention Albert Speer, the photographer Heinrich Hoffmann, Martin Bormann, Wilhelm Bruckner, Joseph Dietrich, Joseph Goebbels, Julius Schaub, Julius Schreck and the architect Geisler and his personal secretaries. To them he demanded loyalty to every trial and discretion.

One of the most relevant characteristics of Hitler's personality was the ability to impress (fascinate), enchant, manipulate and subjugate those around him; there were people who could be very strong and secure in their fields of action, but in the presence of Hitler these personalities were diminished and manipulated to servility.

Hitler, was very unlikely to show any emotional trait or show affinity towards someone when he took pictures in the presence of people of his trust and acceptance; On the other hand, he showed a very human aspect in the presence of children, especially when he was visited in Berghof. Hitler also showed insensitivity and lack of scruples when it came to getting rid of enemies and / or sacrificing soldiers.

The exclusionary rule clarifies the protections of which constitutional amendment?
Andreas93 [3]
The correct answer is the fourth amendment

The exclusionary rule is the idea that people cannot be illegally searched or have their property seized by the police and if that happens then it's illegal and those seized items will not be usable in the court of law when defending the accused person. It is based in the fourth amendment but it has many connections to others like the fifth and the sixth.
