if you have trouble with that try some relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises for stress. break down challenging situations into smaller parts and work on feeling more relaxed with each part. try to focus on what people are saying rather than just assuming the worst. look them in the eyes while they are speaking or you are it makes you seem more confident. just focus on the people/person and feel comfortable if you need any more help please ask me!

i have received therapy for mine and ive almost cured it i think. i realize its all in your head ignore the bad thoughts and just have fun its all about practice you have to get out and be around people and find the right person your comfortable with or the right group

with c0vid it is hard to but just practice in the meanwhile and once quarantine is done do what you practiced!
