First way:

You would have to change the verb tense of the verbs.

For example: Dinner is cooked.

This is removing the -s and adding an -ed to the end of cooks.

Second way:

Add the adjective to the beginning of the sentence.

 1. The delicious dinner cooks
 2. The funny clown chuckled
 3. The fast car raced
 4. The graceful dancer spun
 5. The big panther growled
 6. The colorful leaves fall
 7. The golden bread baked
 8. The beautiful lake glistened
 9. The pirate ship glides

I hope this helps! You don't have to use these exact adjectives, but you can! They are just ones I came up with.

John Snow is known as the father of epidemiology.

In this essay "On the Mode of Cholera" he used both reasoned argument along with documentary evidence to show that cholera spread from person to person.

He gave examples of rows of houses on opposite sides to each other, and how all of the members in one row contracted cholera, while only one person on the opposite row contracted the disease.
