Answer:  The correct answer is : The economy was focused on an intensive culture, managing assets, people and resources. They liked to conquer other groups to collect some tax. Some rulers who had been conquered were allowed some kind of freedom to exercise authority but loyalty and tribute were required. The regions were forced to pay taxes, for this payment the Aztecs demanded "objects, things" and the Incas asked for labor (mita) and lands, which they divided into lands for the people, for the state and for the sun. They did not have credit, banking or monetary systems.

They both allowed different cultures and people into their own civilization. The difference between them was that one would make the other people pay tribute to them and the other would integrate them into their own civilization and force them to follow Inca laws and learn the Inca language.
