Circumscribed means written around the outside. -scribe means writing and
think of how circumference is the distance around the outside of a circle. It is a little more special and specific...all the segments that make the triangle are tangents to the circle, that is, they only touch the circle at one point.
So the circle is inscribed-- that is, written inside of the triangle (in the same, special specific way).
