Answer:

Explanation:

Canada is funded by taxes while America is funded by individuals/health insurance

Most of Canadian's health care workers are private, while most American's are federal.

Since Canadian's health care is free, most workers are stressed/overworked, while America has little problems with that.

Compare: . Both countries have federal agencies dedicated to balancing consumer protection and industry innovation through competition.

How were African
American rights
impacted by the end of
the century?
MrMuchimi

Answer:

The civil rights movement was a struggle for social justice that took place mainly during the 1950s and 1960s for Black Americans to gain equal rights under the law in the United States. The Civil War had officially abolished slavery, but it didn’t end discrimination against Black people—they continued to endure the devastating effects of racism, especially in the South. By the mid-20th century, Black Americans had had more than enough of prejudice and violence against them. They, along with many white Americans, mobilized and began an unprecedented fight for equality that spanned two decades.

Hope this helps!

Why did President Eisenhower send federal troops to help integrate a Little Rock high school?
nekit [7.7K]
In September 1957 the school board in Little rock, Arkansas, won a court order to admit nine African American students to Central High a school with 2,000 white students. The governor ordered troops from Arkansas National Guard to prevent them from entering the school. The next day as the National Guard troops surrounded the school, an angry white mob joined the troops to protest the integration plan and to intimidate the AA students trying to register. The mob violence pushed Eisenhower's patience to the breaking point. He immediately ordered the US Army to send troops to Little Rock to protect and escort them for the full school year.
