ng but its only light not heavy tho. Is it normal? First time happened to me, I'm worried

its normal tho when i got period too that happend

just drink cold water and dont take a bath too long ok thats what my mothers said hoped it helped and also dont eat oily foods sweets are not allowed for girls who have period its normal that you have it for long ok dont be worried nothing will bad happend

Answer : i'm not really so good for giving advice - so use the comment above me for that but if this continues for a month+ ( maybe two ) then I recommend seeing a doctor.
