(cross section area) × 2 +(perimeter of crossection area × length)

the cross section area is a triangle

so area of a triangle =1/2 base times height

1/2×8×2=8

let's get perimeter of cross section

the cross section is still at triangle so let's find its perimeter.

5+5+8=18

18×length of which is 11

18×11=198

and 188 + 16=214. that's the answer
