The government is almost essential to help resolve conflict in societies for a few reasons. When there is social disarray the government has the power to sort out the issues and give funding to repair whatever the conflict had caused. Additionally, the government can use their funding to resolve natural issues like natural disasters, hurricanes, etc. Hope this helps!
