A solar panel, windmill, and a battery are all ways to provide power. A solar panel draws energy from the sun, a windmill draws energy from the wind, and a battery can draw energy from just about anywhere. They are all different in the ways they get their power. However, a windmill or solar panel can charge a battery which can be used for power. While a solar panel will get energy from the sun, it cannot get energy from the wind. The windmill cannot get energy from the sun.
