Answer:

The sense of hearing, provided by the ears, is much more than just being able to hear sounds around us. This sense also provides us with the possibility to interact with our environment, move in our environment and survive. How? Because the ear will not only provide us with a structure like a satellite that collects sounds, but it will also become vital for location, for a sense of our surroundings, and for learning what is near, or far, whether something is dangerous, or not, how we are positioned in relation to other bodies and structures, among many other things.

In survival, the sense of hearing, and especially the ability to use sounds as a way to locate ourselves, and locate others, as well as understand the source, quality, and characteristics of a sound, provides humans, and all other animals, with the capacity to interpret their environment and act accordingly, depending on their needs.

Localization then, through sounds, will give us a lot of information about other beings producing the sounds that will allow us to act as needed, and thus ensure our survival as we know when something sounds dangerous, locate where approximately the sound is coming from in relation to our own bodies, and thus produce the necessary responses to survive.

It is of three types of memory:

  • The semantic memory
  • The episodic memory

The duration of long term memory can be a long lifetime or it may be for a short duration. Long term memory is the most important memory that includes other memory such as these three memories. This memory includes the skills memory, events related memory and facts, general knowledge related memory stored in long term memory. The memory process starts from sensory memory to short term memory and then long term memory.

Why is it important to review the job posting before you complete your resume?

The correct answer is so you can tailor your resume to the position. Employers are interested in knowing how a potential employee is best suited for the position advertised. They want to know if you are capable of doing the job and if you have the right qualifications. So reading through the job posting carefully is very important and then when you compile your resume make it clear and simple how your skills and qualifications make you the right person for the job.
