How did planes change how we view in Earth? Did it changed our technology? How?

Answer: Planes haven given us as people the ablility to, View the Earth from above.

In a way yes it has changed our technology because nowdays people, Have a faster way to travel, for instance, a car can travel 435mph while that is nothing compared to a plane which can travel 1000kmh.
