I believe the answer is....
For solving for a
a-7= 3(b+2) ———> distribute 3(b+2)
a-7= 3b+6 ———-> add 7 on both sides
a-7= 3b+6
a+7= 3b +7 ———-> the 7’s cancel out so you’re left with....
a = 3b + 13 (That’s your answer)

First you add 8x on both sides and then you get -3y=8x+24 then you divide -3 on both side and you get y=-8/3x-8 so then the y intercept is 8 and the slope is -8/3. Hope this helped.
