Lengthy exposures will eventually use up your body's stored energy, which leads to lower body temperature. so like if u get stuck outside and no way inside sum where u will get hypothermia and the same thing that can be created on this is frostbite also.What can cause hypothermia? Your body temperature can drop to a low level at temperatures of 50°F (10°C) or higher in wet and windy weather, or if you are in 60°F (16°C) to 70°F (21°C) water.
