As per question,

(i) a photo of the structure is attached. Please check.

(ii) Methods :-

》The teachers can place the bowl on a raised platform for easier use.

》The bowl can be changed and in its place, a long vessel or cylinder be used.

》The teachers can stop using the bowl and wash with their own water in their water bottles.

》The teachers can use water from bottle dispenser to clean hands.

(iii) Applications:-

》For applying it, the figure drawn in diagram can be used as basins in washrooms.

》It can also be used as portable washers.
