The actions of Cash Right Now are quite unethical because:

 • They charge very high interest rates.
 • They allow the credit scores of people to get even worse.

Why are Cash Right Now's actions unethical?

 • In charging very high interest rates, they are profiting from the low credit scores of people which is wrong.
 • They are also allowing these people to ruin their credit scores further because they know there is a high probability of default, and yet loan the money out anyway.

When those people default, their already bad credit scores will become even worse. For these two reasons, we can conclude that Cash Right Now are being unethical.
