Both employee and employers would benefit from lower stress in the workplace. Employees will feel better, have less health problems, and be more productive under less stressful environments.

Employers benefit because happier workers are ore efficient, turn-over (quit) less, and have lower overall costs.

It is natural that both groups would want there to be less stress in the workplace.
