What factors led to economic changes in the north
weeeeeb [17]

Answer: The North was an industrial giant.

Explanation:

The industrial revolution that engulfed the United States was mainly reflected in the North of the country. Therefore, in the twentieth century, the country will be one of the most significant industrial factors in the world. In the North, there were substantial banks, compared to the south, a total of 13% of banks were stationed. The North was developing rapidly thanks to the Industrial Revolution. In the North, an excellent rail network was built, so that the flow of goods and people flowed significantly faster.

The North was well on its way to a commercial and productive economy, which would have a direct impact on its wartime capability. By 1860, 90 percent of national manufacturing output came from northern states. Even in an agricultural sense, the North was more super-ironical. While traditional agricultural production continued to be nurtured in the south, mechanization was mainly in use in the North. All of these factors are also very important to the result of the American Civil War.

Name three ways that these voyages made a significant impact on geography
Yanka [14]

The three ways that geography was effected by this voyages were:

- they finally proved that the Earth is round;

- the discovery of new continents and islands;

- mapping;

The voyages of this period of time were very important for the geography as a science, but also for the whole human kind. With them, it was finally proved that our planet is round, and thus that question and debates were given the answer that everyone was looking for for so long. Four new continents, and thousands of islands were discovered, and that gave a whole new perspective of the world, its shape, land masses, and water bodies. Since lots of new discoveries were made, and there was an ever-growing number of places discovered, the mapping was crucial, and there was a lot of focus on it which contributed to new techniques of mapping.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
Archy [21]

B. Nullification Crisis.

Explanation:

The Tenth Amendment in the United States Constitution grants all of the powers that are not specifically granted to the government, to the states and to the people. This was very important, as many people were scared that the government would abuse their power onto them or have too much power in general. This was a way for the states and people to still have power, while still having a strong government.

The Nullification Crisis was a huge debate and issue on protective tariffs. The Southern states opposed tariffs, as the majority of their income was shipping goods to foreign countries. If protective tariffs were to be put on, it would be more expensive and they would ultimately lose money. The Southerners deemed this to be unconstitutional, they thought the federal government did not have the right to put these tariffs on them.

The debate about states' rights came along and tensions between the Southern states and the federal government would arise.
