Life is timeless: we consist of the history, present, and future. Our history is preserved and valued and we learn from its mistakes, and as we know it: history is past. It is something we look back at, something that has happened and something that has shaped our world today. As time goes on, as we continue with our everyday lives, we become part of history. Robert Frost emphasizes life being a continuous routine of change and and ongoing seconds, minutes, hours, years. Life goes on and every memory and lesson every individual goes through: it becomes the past and we continue to move forward. Life does go on.
